| Ingredients: |
12g Lingzhi
5g Cordyceps Fruiting Bodies
75g Skinned Walnuts
20g Dang Sheu
225g shin of pork |
| Method: |
1. Scald shin of
pork and rinse. Put walnuts into boiling water and cook
for 5 minutes.
2. Pour water into pot. Put all the ingredients into pot.
Simmer for 10 minutes. Reduce to low heat and cook for 2 and half hours. |
