Cordyceps and Duck Soup |

| Ingredients: |
1/2 duck
5g Cordyceps Fruiting Bodies
12g dried longans
1/4 dried tangenine peel |
| Method: |
1. Gut duck. scald,
rinse and drain.
2. Put all the ingredients into stewing pot. Add 1 cup of
boiling water. Cover and stew for 3 hours. Season with salt
and serve. |
